Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange for eligible products purchased from SouqSavy within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

A product may be returned or exchanged if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described on the SouqSavy website

  • The product has a manufacturer defect that cannot be repaired without affecting its quality

Product Condition Requirements

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included

  • The product must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Food and grocery items

  • Personal care and hygiene products (including but not limited to hair removal devices, shavers, toothbrushes, cosmetics, toiletries)

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel

  • Newspapers, magazines, and digital/virtual products


Return Process

  • Customers must contact SouqSavy Customer Support to initiate a return request

  • In some cases, customers may be required to coordinate directly with the authorized supplier or service center, depending on the product category

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval


Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • No deductions or handling fees will be applied to approved refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date the return is accepted and inspected

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers


Warranty Policy

  • Warranty coverage applies only to products that clearly display a warranty period on the product page

  • To claim warranty service, the original purchase invoice must be presented to the authorized service center

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse or improper handling

    • Incorrect installation

    • Physical damage or breakage

    • Electrical fluctuations or irregular power supply

    • Exposure to liquids or moisture

Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer or authorized agent.


Delivery Policy

  • SouqSavy delivers orders within Kuwait

  • Deliveries are handled through:

    • Our internal delivery team, and/or

    • Approved third-party logistics partners

Delivery Confirmation

  • A purchase invoice will be provided upon delivery as confirmation of receipt

  • Delivery to any person present at the provided address will be considered valid delivery to the customer

Missed Delivery

  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, delivery may still be completed to someone present at the location

  • If delivery cannot be completed, the customer must contact customer support to arrange a new delivery date

Undelivered Orders

  • SouqSavy is not responsible for orders that remain undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details beyond 30 days from the order date


General Terms

  • SouqSavy reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the stated conditions

  • Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice

  • Any misuse of return or refund policies may result in account restrictions
